Journal of Medical Case Reports is BioMed Central's primary journal of case reports. It considers any original case report or case series that expands the field of general medical knowledge, and original research relating to case reports.
BMC Research Notes

BMC Research Notes is an open access peer-reviewed journal publishing research across all fields of biology and medicine. BMC Research Notes aims to publish case reports that describe more common conditions or treatments, but which are still a valuable addition to medical literature.

All case reports that are published in our journals will appear in Cases Database - a continuously-updated freely-accessible case report database allowing users to interactively explore data from peer-reviewed case reports.
